Cookie Policy
This website sets none. The application sets only what signing in needs.

2. This Website
This marketing website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It has no analytics, no advertising and no social media embeds.
3. The Application
When you sign in to the UniTimesheet application, our sign-in provider, Clerk, sets the cookies below to keep you signed in. The application also remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme, in your browser's local storage; that choice never leaves your device.
Cookie names and durations may change as providers update their services.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| __session | Clerk | Keeps you signed in | Session |
| __client_uat | Clerk | Records when your session was last refreshed | 1 year |
| __clerk_db_jwt | Clerk | Sign-in token | Session |
| unitimesheet-theme | UniTimesheet (local storage) | Remembers your light or dark theme | Until you clear it |
4. What We Don't Use
- No marketing or advertising cookies
- No third-party tracking, such as Google Analytics
- No social media tracking pixels
6. Your Consent
In the UK, cookies and similar storage are governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR). Consent is needed before anything is stored on your device, except where it is strictly necessary for a service you asked for.
The sign-in cookies are strictly necessary to use the application, and the theme setting stores only a choice you made. So we do not ask for consent, and we set nothing that would need it.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
